Freedom

We are called
To freedom—
Freedom in the full,
Freedom in Love.

Freedom is found
In holy indifference
To the future ahead,
To Love in the moment.

Freedom is found
In taking what was lost
And realizing again
He is there through it all.

Freedom is found
In leaving the past
Where it belongs—
In the heart that longs.

We are called
To love with a heart that longs,
To thirst for something much greater,
To love in the freedom of the Good.

Freedom to say "Yes"
To the Truth amongst us,
To the fullness of Hope,
To say "Yes" to Jesus.

Freedom is within you,
Freedom to love without fear,
Freedom to love God ever-near.
Freedom lives in you.
